2 Circle recognizes that an effective Quality Management System (QMS) is essential to provide and maintain a consistently high quality work product and performance. This system helps to ensure that we generate the proper communications and work control records for all work. We are capable of meeting (in all respects) the specified requirements and reasonable expectations of our customers.
Our Quality Management System is in accordance with the quality system requirements specified in ISO 9001:2008. Our QMS applies detailed steps within the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) model (see Figure) to ensure we address all requirements and meet all standards to result in efficient, high quality processes. This model was designed and developed by 2 Circle based upon years of experience using a variety of quality models.
2 Circle employs a standard project management system, which streamlines the development and administration of contract and task order milestones and deliverables. This system provides the leadership team with insight into the performance of every project. The 2 Circle Seaport-e program manager and subordinate project managers provide our first line of quality monitoring and management.
– Our program manager will initiate regular communication with Government contract representative to ensure our deliverable is fully responsive to all requirements
– Each Seaport-e task order will undergo regular audits for quality and performance
– The Government program office and each task order representative will have full access, at any time, to the 2 Circle Executive Leadership Team
